BYOB REFORmER PILATES CLASS
(Bring Your Own Baby)
A special class catered to mamas & dads! Enjoy a 50 minute core & pelvic floor focused reformer workout with your little one. New parents are welcome to BYOB up to sitting/rolling age. Bring a carrier, Dock a tot, or blanket to have next to your reformer. There will be an extra set of hands to help during your workout!
For the safety reasons please only bring babies that are not yet too mobile. Please follow doctor's recommendations & listen to your body. Make the instructor aware of any movements that may be difficult or current injuries.
