What class is best for you?

  • Essentials

    Reformer flow focusing on foundational movements to nourish and strengthen your body. The pace is intentional with more time for transitions while keeping our signature challenging flow.

    Open for all levels. Strongly recommended for beginners. You will thank us later :)

  • REFORM

    Dante’s signature class! Our REFORM class is not your average reformer class. This challenging class is layered to maximize your time. Expect to sweat, tone, sculpt your entire body and feel energized from head to toe!

    Prior Reformer experience strongly recommended. New to Reformer Pilates? We recommend taking our Essentials Class or a couple 1:1’s first.

  • JUMPBOARD

    We add the cardio tramp and some weights for the ultimate high energy class. You will be challenging your cardio endurance and toning from head to toe with fun creative flows.

    Bounce classes are not suitable for pre or post natal client for beginners.

  • BYOB (Bring Your Own Baby)

    A special class catered to moms & dads! One ticket includes a 50 minute core & pelvic floor focused reformer workout with your little one. New parents are welcome to BYOB up to sitting/rolling age. Bring a carrier, Dock a tot, or blanket to have next to your reformer. There will be an extra set of hands to help during your workout! 

    For the safety reasons please only bring babies that are not yet too mobile. Please follow doctor's recommendations & listen to your body. Make the instructor aware of any movements that may be difficult or current injuries. Questions email us at hello@dantepilates.com

  • Pre/Post Natal

    COMING SOON

    We will soon be adding pre & post natal classes. Until then we welcome prenatal clients who are familiar with Reformer Pilates to join our classes and continue their practice up to 20 weeks. We advise you to follow the recommendations of your doctor and do what feels good for your body. Please talk to our team prior to class so we can make sure to offer proper equipment and modifications. Please email us below if you have any questions.

  • Private or Semi-Private Sessions

    Want a little more attention? Our Privates or Semi-Privates are perfect for you.

    You can book private sessions for up to 3 people or exclusive off peak classes for 6 people via hello@dantepilates.com

  • PRIVATE CLASS/Party

    Want to celebrate with Dante? We offer Private Classes for up to 6 people during off peak hours. Whether it’s a birthday, bachelorette, or any special occasion, we’d love to help you celebrate!

  • REFORM REMIX

    COMING SOON

    Our REFORM class but make it SPICY. We will incorporate props, maybe some jumping. You’ll be challenging your cardio endurance and toning from head to toe, with fun and creative flows.
