Where are you located?
We are located in the heart of the South Hill just south of 29th off Grand. You can find us at 509 E 30th Ave, Spokane, WA 99203.

Parking
Parking is free! Please feel free to park in any of the spots in the lot. There is also street parking on 30th.

Do you offer your first class for free?
We are a local boutique studio with six reformers. We cultivate & curate classes that you’ll fall in love with. Our pricing & packages reflect our love for movement & have confidence you’ll feel the same. We have amazing Intro Offers that are a great introduction to all we have to offer! Additionally, we have a drop-in rate or recurring packages. Please reach out if you have questions!

I have never done reformer pilates. Where should I start?
We can’t wait to have you in the studio & spoil you with the Dante experience. If you’ve never been on a reformer don’t worry, we’re here to get you comfortable and feeling confident inside & out. We suggest starting with a couple Essentials classes THEN jumping into Reform or Jumpboard. For your first class, please show up at least 10 minutes early!

I am pregnant, can I still attend classes?
We advise you to follow the recommendations of your doctor and do what feels good for your body. Please talk to our team prior to class so we can make sure to offer proper equipment and modifications. We recommend our Essentials Class for a lower impact workout with more time for transitions. We also offer privates and duos which can be a great option. Email us at hello@dantepilates.com with any questions!

What to expect for your first class?
Your experience with us is everything! Please come 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class time so we can get you dialed in & comfortable on your reformer. Our team can help answer any questions you have & make sure we’re familiar with any of your needs, injuries you’re working with &/or support for your class!

What do I need for class?
Grippy socks + water! Don’t know what to wear? Wear anything that is comfortable & moves easily with you. We require all participants to wear grippy socks (for your safety 😍). If you, don’t have any or forgot yours, we sell both men’s and women’s socks in studio.

What if I arrive late?
We close our doors as soon as class starts. For your safety we ask that you please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class.

What if I need to cancel my class?
Please use your Momence account to book and cancel your classes as soon as you know you can’t make it, so other people have the chance to join in!
Our free cancellation policy is 24 hours before your booked class. If you cancel 24 hours before the start class you will not be charged. Any late cancellations &/or no shows will be charged in full for the class or forfeit a class in your pack. Your time & energy is meaningful to us, please reach out with any questions.

LATE cancellation policy
At Dante, we know that sometimes life happens and that’s why we waive your first late cancel! Please email us at hello@dantepilates.com and we will take care of it for you. After your first late cancel, the late cancelation policy will apply.
Want more flexibility? Check out our memberships that offer a late cancel every renewal (12 Class/Month Membership) or a late cancel every 2 renewals (8 Class/Month Membership).

Waitlist
In case a spot becomes available up to 30 minutes before the class, you’ll be automatically enrolled in that class, and a confirmation email will be sent. We encourage you get on the waitlist as cancelations happen often, but please be courteous of others who are also trying to get into a class. Our 24-hour cancellation policy still applies to the waitlist. No-show and late cancelation policies still apply if added from the waitlist to the class.

Can I book a private class?
Of course! You can book private sessions for up to 3 people or exclusive off peak classes for 6 people via hello@dantepilates.com
We also do birthdays, bachelorettes, girls nights etc. Just send us your vision and we can make it amazing for you!

Memberships
The best way to experience Dante is through our memberships which offer additional perks! Reach out to us for more details! We offer monthly memberships which are set up on an autopay system with a minimum 3 month commitment. Your membership will be activated upon first use. Recurring memberships cannot be canceled within the first month of activation. There will be an early cancellation fee for memberships canceled before the membership term (3 mo or 12 mo ). Recurring packages will continue to renew unless client or Dante changes the package or the package is canceled. If you wish to cancel your autopay after 3 months please send an email to hello@dantepilates.com at least 7 days prior to your billing date.
Dante Pilates & Wellness is in no way, under any circumstances, responsible or obligated to pay for member’s insufficient fund penalties, returned checks, and/or over the limit fees. A $50 fee will be charged for all insufficient funds and returned checks.

Can I freeze my membership?
Absolutely! You can freeze your membership for $30 a month for up to 3 months. Please reach out to our front desk to set the dates for the freeze. Please note that while your account is frozen, you will not be able to book future classes.

Guest Passes
As a valued 8 Class Per Month Member, we are pleased to offer you one complimentary guest pass every 60 days & every 30 days as a 12 Class Per Month Member. Please note that the pass expires at the end of each month and cannot be carried over. This pass is exclusively for non-members to experience our studio and classes.
To redeem your guest pass, in the customer app, members will now see an option to Add Someone Else, then enter their friend’s name and email. If the member has more than one guest pass available, they will be able to book multiple guests. If you have questions please email us at hello@dantepilates.com.
We kindly remind you that our cancellation policy still applies. By booking the class, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
