WHO CAN PURCHASE FROM THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE? 

Anyone and everyone! But, those on our email list will have early access to the best prices & offers so make sure to get on our email list so you don’t miss out!

WHEN DOES IT RUN UNTIL?

Early Access: Monday, November 18th at 8 am through November 20th!

Each day will have new offers that will only be available for 24 hrs! We will be taking in- studio, phone and website orders.

Sale opens to the public November 21st, prices go up at 8 am on the 21st.

WHAT DOES EARLY ACCESS MEAN?

With early access, you’ll get first dibs on each day's offer as soon as it’s released + exclusive early access pricing! With limited quantities, joining our list gives you the first chance to grab each deal. Don’t miss out—sign up now! Already have an account with us? You’re all set!

WHAT IF I’M ALREADY A MEMBER? 

If you are on a current membership, you may purchase a pre-paid membership and replace your current membership (i.e. you will be released from your current term/we will add this to your current membership). Simply choose the membership of your choice and we can adjust the start date to align with your current membership renewal date.

Note: You cannot be released from your current membership if you purchase a 12 Mo recurring membership, 20-class or 50 class pack - but you can use it to “top up” your current membership, or hold onto it until your membership term is completed.

WHAT IF I’M NOT READY TO START MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can delay your start date of your membership as late as 30 Days from Purchase Date to use up current class packs or memberships. Please note payment is still required at time of purchase, and no holds or refunds are available.

WHAT DO I GET WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?

Glad you asked! In addition to joining Dante Pilates & Wellness and being part of one of the best fitness communities in town (if we say so ourselves!), you will receive the following:

• A complimentary guest pass every 2 months for 8x/Month & every month for 12x/month(value $45) 

• One courtesy late cancel every 2 months for 8x/Month & every month for 12x/month (value: $45)

WHAT IF I HAVE TO PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Ready for a vacay? You are entitled to up to a 30 day freeze for $30. Need a longer break due to injury or illness? Our maximum medical suspension is up to 6 months with a written directive from a physician. We’ve got your back :)

CAN I GIFT MY PURCHASE TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?

Yes, just make sure you select “gift this to a friend” & enter in their information. Want to keep it a surprise? Just call us & we can help you out! 

WHAT IF I MOVE OR HAVE TO CANCEL?

First of all, we’ll miss you! All sales are final, but if you are unable to use your membership for any reason, we can issue a one-time assignment of your membership to a friend or family member, so your deal doesn’t go to waste! For recurring memberships, you are responsible for the entirety of your contract, terms & conditions will apply.

WILL YOU BE OFFERING THIS SALE AGAIN?

Honestly, probably not! Typically these deals are reserved for Black Friday so make sure you snag your deal now - because they won’t last long!
